The Department of the Navy’s NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanical office is seeking a total small business set-aside procurement for a fluid valve stem used in a critical shipboard system. The work requires supplying the stem in accordance with Newport News Shipbuilding drawing 2285-703, Piece 5, using QQ-N-286 K-Monel material and meeting detailed quality, traceability, inspection, and certification requirements. The requirement is designated as Level I/SPECIAL EMPHASIS material, with past performance considered in evaluation and delivery and certification controls tied to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard review and acceptance. Certification data must be submitted through WAWF before shipment, the final delivery schedule is 365 days, and certification data are due 20 days prior to delivery.
