Tree Removal for the Sterling Field Support Center in Sterling, VA

The Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for tree removal services at the Sterling Field Support Center in Sterling, Virginia. The contractor must clear a minimum 12-foot zone inside the perimeter fence line, remove hazard trees, grind or treat stumps, flush-cut hazard trees within 50 feet of the fence, and perform daily debris removal and site restoration. Work must be conducted Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the contractor must utilize an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist and adhere to OSHA 1910.269 and ANSI Z133 safety standards. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside with evaluation factors including personnel qualifications, technical approach, past performance, and price.
