The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is conducting a sources sought notice for construction services under the Bank Stabilization and Navigation Program to assess market interest and capability. The work includes constructing, modifying, or repairing stone dikes and revetments, bank paving and hard points, revetment overlays, and excavation of notches. The requirement calls for floating-plant work along the Missouri River with no land access, barge mobilization from accessible quarries, and equipment able to reach designated structures in depths of 4 feet and greater; the anticipated vehicle is a multiple-award IDIQ task order contract with a three-year base and two one-year option ordering periods.
