The work covers complete removal and replacement of the existing roof tiles, flashing, windows, and exterior doors, with turnkey delivery of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, waste disposal, testing, and site protection. The contractor must perform to Czech National Standards and applicable U.S. codes and standards, provide a proposed schedule, bill of materials, quality control and safety plans, and show relevant residential renovation experience. Construction is planned for completion within 90 calendar days of notice to proceed, with a pre-proposal site visit expected the week of June 8, 2026 and a closing date of June 20, 2026 at 17:00 CET.
