This Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for Government Technical Data outlines the terms under which an Offeror can access and use technical data related to the USNS LEROY GRUMMAN (T-AO 195). The agreement, associated with solicitation N3220518R4002, stipulates that the Offeror must use the data solely for proposal preparation and contract performance. Key conditions include adhering to distribution statements and export controls, establishing organizational controls to prevent unauthorized disclosure, and ensuring that any third-party or subcontractor access is governed by a similar NDA. The Offeror is obligated to return or destroy all data upon contract award to another entity or work completion, and to cooperate with the Government in recovering any improperly released information, bearing the associated costs and damages.

Prepare for and accomplish the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS LEROY GRUMMAN (T-AO 195) as specified in the solicitation and in accordance with the work item package.  The anticipated period of performance is 20 January 2027 to 20 June 2027.  The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor’s facility.  Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be East/Gulf Coast.
