Headquarters Supreme Allied Command Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Information for the Innovation Continuum 2026 – Task Force X Arctic initiative, seeking industry input on solutions that could support NATO’s Arctic and High North operations. The effort focuses on emerging and disruptive technologies and innovative projects that can advance multi-domain operations, digital transformation, and maritime domain awareness, with themes that include AI Audacious Training, Layered Counter-UAS, and Smart Logistics. It is organized around four phases—scoping, designing, validation, and evaluation—and is intended to explore transformative ideas for future development rather than serve as a formal procurement. Selected organizations may be invited into the 2026 Innovation Continuum, including possible collaboration under the Framework for Collaborative Interaction, with events associated with Bulgaria, Poland, and Canada. Questions are due by 9:00 a.m. ET on April 14, 2026, and RFI responses are due by 9:00 a.m. ET on April 21, 2026, under reference RFI-ACT-SACT-03-2026 and via email to all listed points of contact.
