Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Defense Innovation OnRamp Hub: Arizona, in partnership with U.S. Central Command and the Defense Innovation Unit, is issuing an open call for technology for Experimentation: Transforming in Contact (EXTiC) 26-2 to find, vet, validate, and integrate emerging technologies aligned with CENTCOM priorities. The effort seeks technologies that can support an operationally relevant experimentation environment across detection and early warning, ISR and target custody, adversarial EW and swarm threat emulation, integrated command and control and defeat, and resilience and sustainment. The focus is on mature, mission-thread-aligned capabilities that can operate in contested conditions and demonstrate interoperability, including end-to-end sensor-to-shooter integration; the place of performance is Phoenix, Arizona. Interested organizations must submit a whitepaper of up to 10 pages and a one-page Technology Quad Chart through the EXTiC 26-2 Intake Form by 1200 MST on 5 May 2026, and selected technologies may participate in the 27-29 July 2026 event.
