The U.S. Embassy Islamabad, within the Department of State, is seeking an IDIQ contract for the U.S. Speaker Program in Pakistan to support U.S. policy and commercial interests through American subject matter experts. The contractor will provide end-to-end support for expert identification, travel logistics, event management, public presentations, technical consultations, capacity-building activities, and post-program evaluation. The work is to be performed in Pakistan over a one-year period, with pricing and payment in Pakistani Rupees for Pakistan-based offerors and U.S. Dollars for U.S.-based vendors, and it includes compliance with U.S. and Pakistani regulations, Embassy security requirements, and mandatory RAM vetting for contractor personnel. Proposals will be evaluated on technical approach, relevant experience, organizational capacity, regulatory compliance, and cost realism, with a minimum of three events and a maximum of twelve events.
