Sources Sought: Construct Combat Rescue Helicopter Simulator Facility at Moffett ANGB

The Department of Defense, through the Army and California Air National Guard USPFO activity, is using this sources sought notice to identify potential sources for construction of a Combat Rescue Helicopter Operational Flight Trainer simulator facility at Moffett Air National Guard Base in Mountain View, California. The contractor would provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other non-personal services needed to build an approximately 8,202 gross square foot permanent facility with simulator, mission planning, briefing and debriefing, administrative, maintenance, storage, telecom, latrine, and mechanical and electrical support spaces. The work includes conventional construction and supporting systems and site features such as HVAC, plumbing, wet sprinkler and fire detection, access control, direct digital control, utility management, antiterrorism and force protection elements, cybersecurity control systems, TEMPEST security, landscaping, utilities, pavements, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and other site improvements. Interested firms must submit a written notice of intent to propose as a prime contractor, plus relevant past performance, resources, subcontractors, key personnel, and socioeconomic status, by the deadline in the notice, limited to five pages and emailed to ng.ngca.caarng.uspfo-construction@army.mil with the notice ID and project title in the subject line.
