Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency, on behalf of the Office of National Continuity Programs Continuity Implementation Division, is procuring eight AN/PRC-163 multichannel handheld radio systems and associated accessories. The contractor must deliver the radio systems configured with military GPS and specific software options, including HAVEQUICK II, P25 Trunking, TSM, and WREN-NB. Deliverables also encompass specialized accessories such as UHF/MUOS SATCOM antennas, dismount cable adapters, programming and audio cables, speaker microphones, holsters, six-bay battery chargers, and key variable loader adapters. All equipment must be delivered to the Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center in Mt. Weather, Virginia, within 365 calendar days of the contract award.
