Fuel Bladder(s)

The United States Air Force, specifically the 424th SCMS at Tinker Air Force Base, is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) for the procurement of new fuel bladder spares for the B-52 platform. This is not a solicitation, but an effort to identify potential manufacturing sources, including various small business categories, and determine the best acquisition strategy. The requirement is for new manufacture, not repair, of specific fuel bladder part numbers with estimated maximum quantities. Potential sources must be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment for production, inspection, testing, preservation, packaging, and shipping. They may also be responsible for supply chain management, logistics planning, and addressing diminishing manufacturing sources. Interested parties must complete a Source Approval Request (SAR) package and provide business information, including company details, point of contact, CAGE Code, and business size classification, by November 14, 2025.
