Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, on behalf of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, is seeking capable small business concerns to provide an 800 MHz NMR Console and Probe upgrade. The contractor must supply a new, upgraded system that interfaces with an existing 800 MHz Agilent 4K Compact magnet, featuring a four-channel console, a room temperature probe, a helium-cooled probe, and ongoing manufacturer-authorized maintenance and technical support. This market research will determine the feasibility of a small business set-aside for an anticipated firm-fixed-price contract to support the NMR Research Core Facility in Durham, North Carolina. Capable small businesses must submit a capability statement of no more than seven pages via email to Program Specialist Luz Casey at Luz.Casey@nih.gov by September 9, 2026, at 9:00 am EST.
