800 MHz NMR Console and Probe

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), on behalf of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), has issued a Small Business Sources Sought Notice (Sources Sought Notice # PCA-NIEHS-04776) to identify capable small business concerns for an 800 MHz NMR Console and Probe upgrade. The primary objective is to acquire new, upgraded equipment for the NMR Research Core Facility of the Division of Intramural Research at NIEHS. The new system must interface with the existing 800 MHz Agilent 4K Compact magnet and include a 4-channel console (specifically utilizing Bruker Avance Neo-X characteristics), a room temperature probe, and a helium-cooled probe. Additionally, the contractor must provide manufacturer-authorized maintenance, technical support, and repair services for the system. This is a market research tool to determine the feasibility of a small business set-aside for an anticipated firm-fixed-price contract. Capable small businesses—including 8(a), SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, VOSB, and SDVOSB concerns—are invited to submit a capability statement of no more than seven pages detailing their qualifications, technical personnel, and business credentials.
