Tactical Medical Operators Course
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Secret Service, through its Operational Medicine Division, is seeking a contractor to provide a Tactical Medical Operators Course to support tactical medical training. The work calls for a four-day course for up to 12 students in June 2026, with the contractor supplying all personnel, materials, transportation, supervision, and a point of contact while the government provides student travel and subsistence, operational gear, medical equipment, mobile platforms, resupply, and training munitions. The training will cover TCCC/C-TECC principles and advanced medical skills such as IV/IO access, advanced airways, pharmacology, and thoracic trauma, and it is structured as a non-personal services, firm fixed-price requirement in Washington, D.C. Offerors must be registered in SAM and meet UEI, TIN, and CAGE requirements, with quotes evaluated under a lowest-price technically acceptable approach. Quotes are due by May 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST and must be emailed to willie.bethune@usss.dhs.gov.
