Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to construct the Stephenson Taylor Water Line Extension in Caddo County, Oklahoma. The scope of work requires the installation of approximately 10,940 linear feet of two-inch water main, directional boring across roads, driveways, and a creek, and installing water meters, taps, and service lines for residential connections. The contractor must perform hydrostatic pressure testing and disinfection, maintain strict separation from existing gas lines, and complete all work within 90 calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is a 100 percent Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside with an estimated contract value between $250,000 and $500,000.
