Description

Presolicitation notice from the NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION (NASA) MARSHALL SPACE FLIGHT CENTER for the expansion of the Visualization, Exploration, and Data Analysis (VEDA) project and additional support for the Green House Gas (GHG) project. The purpose of this procurement is to advance interactive visualization, exploratory visual data analysis, geographic information system, and cloud computing and high-performance computing environment. The GHG project includes the implementation of the VEDA system for the GHG Center Monitoring and Information System. The contract will be awarded to New Rights Group, Inc., dba Development Seed, as they are currently performing this task under an existing contract.
