J065--OPTIME COMPLETE Service Agreement Base Plus Three

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources for an OPTIME COMPLETE Service Agreement for the Walla Walla VA Medical Center. This Sources Sought Notice is for market research to identify qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Business Manufacturers, and other Small Businesses capable of providing maintenance and support for Carl Zeiss Meditec Inc. ophthalmology equipment (HFA3 860, ATLAS 500, and CLARUS 500 systems). The intended contract is a firm-fixed price agreement, including preventive and corrective maintenance, parts, telephone, and remote support. Responses are due by November 17, 2025, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time to Denise Patches. Contractors must be authorized representatives/providers of the manufacturer, and all equipment must be new. The period of performance will be a base year with three option years, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029.
