BLM BREWERY CREEK/WARD GULCH CULTURAL SURVEY

The Bureau of Land Management, within the Department of the Interior, is seeking a small-business-set-aside firm-fixed-price purchase order for a Class III cultural inventory tied to the Brewery Creek/Ward Gulch project in Saguache County, Colorado. The work covers an intensive survey of 699 acres to support fuels reduction, timber salvage, and habitat enhancement, including a file search and literature review, pedestrian inventory, resource recording, evaluation for National Register eligibility, and draft and final reports with GIS data. The effort must follow BLM and Colorado SHPO guidance, use the specified digital data standards, and is expected to run from July 1, 2026, through August 1, 2027; evaluation is based on technical capability, relevant experience, and price without formal scoring. Quotes are due June 3, 2026, questions are due May 27, 2026, and offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide a UEI and CAGE code.
