The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order on behalf of the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command Aberdeen Test Center for diesel engine emissions testing. The work covers five Detroit Diesel non-emergency engines at Aberdeen Proving Ground, including development of a test protocol, execution of emissions testing, and submission of a report to the Maryland Department of the Environment and the EPA.
