American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons EMS and EMT Training Curriculum Sole Source Notice

The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 772nd Contracting Squadron, intends to award a sole-source contract to acquire standardized American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons training curriculum. The contractor will provide Emergency Medical Responder, Emergency Care and Transportation for the Sick & Injured, and Advanced Emergency Care and Transportation for the Sick & Injured premier packages, including online tools access for Navigate Premier Access, FISDAP Assessment EMT, and FISDAP Skills Tracker. Air Force policy mandates these specific materials for all education and training certification courses for Air Force Fire and EMS personnel. This commercial acquisition will be awarded to Jones & Bartlett Learning LLC, located in Burlington, Massachusetts, due to copyright restrictions and proprietary ownership of the required online tools.
