Sources Sought Synopsis/ Request for Information CNC Software

The Idaho Army National Guard (IDARNG) Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS) requires a contractor to provide perpetual software licenses and support services for two Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines: a Hass VF-4SS CNC Mill and a Hass A-TL-2 CNC Lathe. The software must offer Computer-Aided Design (CAD) capabilities, be compatible with Windows 11, and support industry-standard G-code for milling and turning operations. Key deliverables include software licenses on a removable media stick, installation, post-processor configuration, operator training for up to four participants, technical support, and comprehensive documentation. The contract has a base year and four option years, with services performed at the IDARNG CSMS facility or virtually during specified hours. The IDARNG USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Office has issued a Sources Sought Synopsis/Request for Information for Mastercam or equivalent Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software, maintenance, and training. This is for market research purposes only and not a Request for Quotation. The requirement is for a complete CAM software solution to support fabrication and machining operations utilizing Phillips Haas CNC machines, integrating with the existing MasterCam CAD environment. The solution includes software lapsed maintenance, Mastercam Mill 3D with maintenance, Mastercam Lathe maintenance, instructor-led training for up to four students, software maintenance/support, and a perpetual, floating CNC software license.
