FY 2027 Treatment Services Eastern District of Texas

The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas, part of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, is seeking treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision through Blanket Purchase Agreements. The work includes substance use treatment services such as assessments and individual, group, and/or family counseling, with related needs also described in the broader notice as including substance use testing, mental health treatment, and residential substance abuse treatment. Performance is centered in Lewisville, Texas, and offerors must be able to serve within the catchment area, use qualified professionals, and provide pricing that is no higher than comparable offerings to their most favored customer; SAM.gov registration is also required. Interested offerors must send a notice of interest with their contact information to TXEPml_treatment_services_team@txep.uscourts.gov, the RFP is expected on or after June 24, 2026, and a virtual bidder conference is scheduled for July 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
