Earth Covered Magazines

The 18th Contracting Squadron (18 CONS)/PKC issued a Sources Sought Notice (FA527026PKC001) on May 19, 2026, for the construction of Earth Covered Magazines (ECMs). This is a market research announcement, not a solicitation for contracts or quotes. The project involves demolishing an existing building and constructing several ECMs with reinforced concrete, earth, and sodding. The scope includes site preparation, paving, landscaping, electrical utilities (cable runs, transformer, area lighting), mechanical utilities (water main and storm sewer connections), and environmental mitigation (removal of lead-based paint and asbestos). Interested companies capable of providing these construction services are requested to submit product data sheets or capabilities statements to Lt Merina R.
