The U.S. Special Operations Command Technology Application Contracting Office is conducting a sources sought market research effort for aviation engineering services and limited prototyping support for MH-60M and Future Vertical Lift-related platforms. The work covers manufacturing and engineering services for prototyping and limited production in support of U.S. Army Special Operations Command and U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command aircraft and special operations mission equipment packages. Interested sources must be able to obtain access to Fulcrum Concepts LLC detailed design data and software models for systems such as H-47 short pods, the Modular Equipment Launcher, the Configurable Lightweight Armament Wing, and gun/cannon systems, and may need to provide non-recurring engineering, technical data for airworthiness approval, and installation instructions. Respondents must be U.S. sources qualified for export-controlled and defense critical technical information and hold DLA JCP-approved DD Form 2345 certification; submissions are limited to 10 pages and should include the specified company and capability information.
