Contract Opportunity Analysis
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking treatment services for federal defendants and people under supervision through Blanket Purchase Agreements. The work includes mental health treatment and broader behavioral health services such as assessments, counseling, substance use treatment and testing, and residential substance abuse treatment. The performance period runs from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with possible unilateral extensions for up to four additional years, and offerors are expected to have a facility within the catchment area, use qualified professionals, and offer pricing no higher than their most favored customer for comparable services.
