The Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General (OIG), intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Actionable Intelligence Technologies, Inc. (AIT) for the Comprehensive Financial Investigative Solution (CFIS) Deluxe. This procurement aims to establish a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract that includes a base period and four option periods, enabling the OIG to efficiently conduct financial investigations through access to CFIS, which is uniquely capable of processing a wide variety of financial documents and presenting analyzed data in multiple formats. Interested parties may submit a capabilities statement by June 13, 2025, at 4:00 pm ET, to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements, with all submissions directed to Johao Stewart at johao.stewart@usdoj.gov.
