This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for portable toilet rental and service at Columbus AFB, MS, and its Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha in Shuqualak, MS. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supervision for the delivery, service, and support of portable toilets, including pumping out holding tanks. Key requirements include supplying self-contained, clean units with hand sanitizer, delivering 8 long-term units within one workday, and up to 10 short-term units within two hours for special events. The contractor must provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals, ensuring they are non-toxic and non-corrosive, and submit monthly HAZMAT inventories. Service requirements include monthly cleaning, waste disposal according to regulations, trash removal, damage repair, chemical refilling, and restocking of consumables. The contractor is responsible for all liability, including repairs due to accidents or weather, and must replace unsuitable units within 24 hours.
