The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Navy through NAVSEA HQ, has issued a special notice regarding the submission of new applications for the Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels (MSRA/ABR). Companies currently holding MSRA and/or ABR certifications must submit their new applications within 90 days of this notice to avoid cancellation of their existing certifications, while those without current agreements are encouraged to apply to perform ship and boat repairs.
