Notice of Intent to Sole Source- USMA Video Production Services

Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Prime Points LLC dba SE Media for video production services at the United States Military Academy at West Point (USMA). The government believes SE Media is the only qualified provider for these services, which include all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials. The delivery schedule for these services is within one year after the contract date. While this is not a request for competitive proposals, other responsible sources capable of providing similar services are encouraged to submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration. However, the government will not cover any costs incurred in preparing such submissions and retains sole discretion in deciding whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on the responses.
