    Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE (DLA TROOP SUPPORT) is seeking sources capable of providing Medtronic spinal orthopedic "procedural packages". These packages include orthopedic implants, instrumentation sets, orthobiological products, and ancillary accessories needed for surgery. The products must be FDA approved and delivered Just-In-Time (JIT), Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD), and Consignment. The manufacturer's representative is required to be on-site at the Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) to provide technical advice and guidance to physicians. This is a Request For Information (RFI) and does not commit the U.S. Government to issue a solicitation or make an award.
