Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Automated Dispensing Cabinet System
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Health and Human Services, specifically the Indian Health Service, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with CareFusion Solutions LLC for the rental of an automated medication dispensing and storage cabinet system at the Four Corners Regional Health Center in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona. This system is required to be fully functional with the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) and must display orders in real time without additional programming. The contract period is set from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, with four optional one-year extensions, and is subject to a small business set-aside standard of $40 million.
