Notice of Intent Brand Name Only Resuscitation Education and Innovation

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with RQI Partners, LLC for the provision of resuscitation education and training services across the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This procurement will encompass day-to-day implementation support, equipment maintenance for 2050 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) mobile testing stations, and access to the RQI 1Stop digital platform, which includes electronic licenses for educational materials and curriculum updates. The services are critical for ensuring compliance with federal healthcare regulations and maintaining staff competency in resuscitation techniques, impacting approximately 275,000 VHA employees across 172 medical facilities.
