Boston PACs Maintenance Sources Sought Notice

This Sources Sought Notice (Solicitation Number 36C10D26Q0204) is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration, to conduct market research and identify qualified sources capable of providing Physical Access Control System (PACS) preventative maintenance and support services for the Boston Regional Office located at the JFK Federal Building in Boston, MA. The scope of work requires an approved Lenel S2 reseller and manufacturer-authorized technician to provide quarterly preventative maintenance, system database backups, software and firmware updates, and help desk support.
