Renovate 4C/4D Inpatient Ward at Phoenix VA Hospital

Hayden Medical Center, Phoenix VA Hospital. The work may include demolition, asbestos abatement, structural and interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, security, nurse call, patient lifts, and other medical and building systems needed for the ward renovation. The effort is being used for preliminary planning and capability assessment, with emphasis on prior experience in projects of similar magnitude and complexity and on compatibility with existing VA infrastructure for brand-name items such as nurse call, patient lifts, electrical equipment, and curtain tracks. Interested firms are to submit a capability statement of no more than four pages, and the estimated construction price range is $10 million to $25 million with a performance period of 250+ days.
