The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has issued Request for Quotation (RFQ) N66604-26-Q-0378 to procure specialized fiber optic patch assemblies, pigtails, and mating adapters. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 334419 (Other Electronic Component Manufacturing) with a size standard of 750 employees. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Diamond USA. The required electronics are exclusively designed and manufactured by Diamond SA to integrate seamlessly with existing Fleet infrastructure.
