NIH Common Fund OSC Share Point Support Bridge Contract

The Department of Health and Human Services, through the NIH Office of the Director’s Office of Strategic Coordination and OMAS Strategic Buying Center, plans a six-month bridge contract to maintain and enhance the NIH Common Fund OSC SharePoint environment and related budget tracking tools. The work supports the Common Fund SharePoint site and sub-sites, the Strategic Initiatives Database budget site, and the Common Fund Budget Tracking Database, with services covering web development, data warehousing and mining, business intelligence, records and communications management, accessibility compliance, requirements analysis, testing, and production deployment. The requirement is intended to preserve continuity of operations while a competitive procurement is prepared, with performance in Rockville, Maryland, and the incumbent contractor identified as uniquely qualified because of its existing technical knowledge of the environment and its custom configurations and integrations.
