The Defense Health Agency (DHA) on behalf of the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS) is seeking industry feedback to modernize and transition its healthcare IT end-user support from legacy, labor-intensive models to a modern, outcome-based enterprise vehicle. The contractor will orchestrate support for 125,000 to 150,000 active clinical/operational users and 9.5 million beneficiary patients across eight Service Pillars and eleven User Domains, including garrison Military Treatment Facility support and JOMIS tactical applications. The anticipated Firm-Fixed-Price contract will emphasize strict outcome-based Service Level Agreements, a three-day net clinical onboarding pipeline, and a centralized shared-services framework using the ServiceNow platform. Capability Self-Assessment Matrix responses are due by June 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST, and the primary RFI responses must be submitted via email to Katelyn O'Connor and Lacey Lockard by June 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
