Notice of Intent to Sole Source IPVM
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Procurement Operations, on behalf of the Science and Technology Directorate, is planning a sole-source contract with IPVM to obtain a research subscription. The subscription will provide trusted technical evaluations and market intelligence to support responder-focused assessments and technology guidance, including NUSTL’s work on impartial consumer product information for physical security technologies, video analytics platforms, body worn cameras, and related public safety efforts. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base year plus three 12-month option years, with performance in Washington, D.C.
