COCO Fuel Operations at Fort Rucker, AL

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is preparing to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Contractor-Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) retail fuel dispensing services at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The procurement aims to secure services for the receipt, storage, issuance, and transfer of fuel, specifically Motor Unleaded Regular (MUR) and DS2, with the capacity to dispense fuel to a minimum of 50 vehicles per hour, supporting monthly requirements of 11,133 gallons of MUR and 7,300 gallons of DS2.
