FY 2027 Treatment Services Eastern District of Texas
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision through Blanket Purchase Agreements. The work covers substance use assessments and counseling, urine collection, testing and reporting, and also includes residential substance use treatment and mental health treatment across locations in the Eastern District of Texas, including Lufkin. The agreement period is planned for October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with potential unilateral extensions, and offerors must be able to serve within the catchment area, use qualified professionals, and offer pricing at or below their most favored customer for comparable services.
