RFI Sources Sought Conference Room AV Upgrade

The AFLCMC/GB requires a contractor to upgrade the audio-visual (AV) system in Building 892 Conference Room 120B at Maxwell-Gunter Annex, Alabama. The project involves installing a new display, AV bar, sound masking solution, and control processing. All components must be compatible with Microsoft Teams and other US government teleconference software on a secure network. Key requirements include TAA compliant equipment, a 4K 65-inch TV, an AV bar with specific camera and sound capabilities, and a sound masking solution calibrated for speech privacy. The contractor will also install two wired control panels, ensure easy-to-use programming, and manage cable cleanup, including the installation of new red CAT6 ethernet cables in clear piping. Sound dampening materials will be installed on walls and the door.
