Premium Upgrade to Network Analyzer

The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, intends to sole-source a contract to upgrade existing laboratory equipment at China Lake. The required deliverable is one lot of a Premium Upgrade to a Network Analyzer. This firm-fixed-price contract is slated for sole-source award to Keysight Technologies Inc., who is the original equipment manufacturer and the only source capable of providing the required upgrade. Interested parties who believe they can perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule must submit a capability statement to Yvonne Stockwell via email at yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil by July 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
