Coos Bay Fuel Upgrades
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, is conducting a sources sought market survey for Coos Bay Fuel Upgrades to identify vendors capable of supporting future fuel system upgrade requirements. The work centers on removing and replacing existing oil piping and a 550-gallon used oil tank in Coos Bay, Oregon, including bilge oil piping, used oil piping, associated fittings and supports, and certified post-installation testing. The effort is planned for roughly October 1, 2026 through March 2027, and the scope calls for reusing the concrete pad while elevating the new tank one foot. Interested vendors must submit a point of contact, CAGE Code, UEI, applicable small business status, and a statement of capability, and technical questions should be sent by email to Julia Carlton and Brandon Lasich.
