The effort is planned for roughly October 1, 2026 through March 2027, and the scope calls for reusing the concrete pad while elevating the new tank one foot. Interested vendors must submit a point of contact, CAGE Code, UEI, applicable small business status, and a statement of capability, and technical questions should be sent by email to Julia Carlton and Brandon Lasich.
