Rockwell BOA Order for PACS Shipboard Material II

The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement Order to Rockwell Automation, Inc. for the procurement of PACS Shipboard Material II. Under NAICS code 513210 for software publishers, this procurement represents a follow-on sole-source requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302. Performance will take place in Cleveland, Ohio, and the government intends to issue the award in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027.
