The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Bandar Seri Begawan, is seeking preventive maintenance services for two Cummins diesel generator sets at the Chancery Compound. The work covers all labor, materials, tools, equipment, consumables, supervision, transportation, insurance, and other resources needed to inspect, test, adjust, troubleshoot, and replace consumable items to keep the generators and related equipment in proper operating condition. The requirement includes one 400 KVA generator with transfer switch and remote annunciator panel, and one 30 KVA generator with transfer switch, remote annunciator panel, and remote start controller panel, with services performed by qualified personnel in accordance with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. The total potential period of performance includes a base year plus four one-year option periods, and the Independent Government Cost Estimate is US$212,660.
