Web-based Jury Management System (JMS)
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts is conducting market research for a future procurement of a modernized web-based Jury Management System to replace its legacy system. The work centers on a secure, scalable cloud-based solution that supports the full jury lifecycle, including summonsing, qualification, check-in, juror information management, and integration with court proceedings, with the draft acquisition also covering design, development, implementation, operations, and maintenance. Important context includes support for sensitive juror PII, FedRAMP High cloud hosting, integration with financial and other judiciary systems, data migration, training, and nationwide user support across the federal district courts. The RFI seeks vendor feedback on commercial solutions, technical capabilities, hosting models, security compliance, integration approaches, migration strategies, and implementation timelines, and responses are due by April 6, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time by email to AJ_Lee@ao.uscourts.gov and Vanessa_Jackson@ao.uscourts.gov.
