4th Psychological Operations Group (4 POG)

The Department of Defense, in collaboration with USSOCOM 4th Psychological Operations Group and SOFWERX, is seeking innovative software tools to integrate into a centralized, AI-enabled software platform for information dissemination and influence activities. The required suite of tools must address the full spectrum of the operational workflow, consolidating capabilities from different vendors into a single, user-friendly dashboard to streamline processes. This initiative is restricted to U.S. citizens, with potential awardees required to comply with NIST SP 800-171 standards for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information. Industry, academic, and national laboratory partners must submit requests to attend the in-person collaboration event in North Carolina by August 5, 2026, with primary inquiries directed to James Helmick at james.s.helmick.civ@socom.mil.
