The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking sources for secure juvenile detention services for male and female offenders within the contiguous 48 states, as part of planning for a potential future acquisition. The work would involve operating secure juvenile correctional facilities with work release programs, including administration, fiscal management, staffing, training, supervision, medical care, case management, programming, and release procedures. The requirements emphasize compliance with Bureau policies and ACA standards, along with safety, PREA compliance, suicide prevention, disciplinary limits, and facility and environmental safeguards.
