The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation is seeking market research and industry feedback for the Conconully Dam Safety of Dams Modification project in Washington. The anticipated scope of work includes deep soil mixing of downstream foundation soils to a depth of 70 feet, constructing a 500,000-cubic-yard downstream stability berm, lining the existing rock tunnel outlet works with an encased 60-inch steel pipe, and replacing gates in the gate chamber. The project has an estimated rough order of magnitude between $80,000,000 and $100,000,000, with a performance period of approximately three years and a target solicitation release in late fiscal year 2027 or early fiscal year 2028.
