Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for the Ultra-Light Tactical Vehicle (ULTV) Production of Logistics and High-Power Variants

Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS) intends to award a sole-source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Polaris Government and Defense (G&D) for the production of Ultra-Light Tactical Vehicle (ULTV) Logistics (ULTV-L) and High-Power (ULTV-HP) variants. The contract, estimated for award in Q3 FY2026 with a 60-month ordering period, will provide operational forces with ULTV-L and ULTV-HP variants capable of internal transport on MV-22 and CH-53 aircraft for littoral operations, aligning with Force Design 2030. PEO LS determined Polaris G&D as the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the ULTV-HP and the only source with the necessary expertise and MV-22 certification for both variants. This non-competitive acquisition is pursued under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). Interested parties may submit capability statements within 30 days of the synopsis publication; however, PEO LS reserves the right not to compete the requirement.
