EDGETECH 4125i TELEMETRY SIDE SCAN SYSTEM AND AN EDGETECH 3400 POLE MOUNT SUB-BOTTOM PROFILER SYSTEM.

The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), intends to award a sole-source purchase order to EdgeTech for an EdgeTech 4125i telemetry side scan system and an EdgeTech 3400 pole mount sub-bottom profiler system. The Center of Excellence for Operational Ocean and Great Lakes Mapping will use this specialized acoustic profiling equipment to support the education, training, and operational proficiency of NOAA's hydrographic workforce. EdgeTech is the unique provider capable of meeting strict weight, portability, and native software architecture requirements, including a side scan towfish weighing under 50 pounds. Delivery of the systems is required within 60 to 90 days from the date of contract award.
